Overview

Clean Master Carpet Cleaning is a well-established cleaning company looking to expand its reach and refresh its digital presence. As a freelance designer for Roland Collective, the agency managing Clean Master’s ongoing marketing efforts, I created social media posts, ad visuals, and landing page designs.

Problem

Clean Master’s previous website was visually outdated and cluttered, making it difficult for users to navigate and ultimately hurting conversions. The site lacked a clear structure, with disorganized content and an overwhelming navigation menu. It also needed to be optimized for SEO and aligned with a more consistent and professional brand identity.

Solution

I began by mapping out and categorizing all of the site’s existing pages to get a clearer understanding of its content, structure, and purpose. This helped me identify overlapping information and reduce clutter by grouping related content and removing redundancies. The original navigation bar had nearly fifty clickable subcategories, which made navigation confusing and overwhelming. Through reorganization, I created a more intuitive system built around four main service categories, each with its own page and clearly defined subcategories. Working with the SEO specialist involved thoughtful collaboration to strike a balance between maintaining visual clarity and ensuring the site included enough content to perform well in search rankings.

Meta ad campaign

Problem

Clean Master’s was looking to increase their social media presence in order to improve their brand awareness and ultimately drive sales. Additionally, as a part of the ongoing marketing effort, Meta ad campaigns were to be launched that required custom ad visuals and a paired landing page.

Solution

I took inspiration from the current branding of Clean Master, including their colors, typography and voice, to create informative and visually appealing social media posts and reusable post templates. I then gathered insights from the analytics of these posts, such as impressions and clicks, and used those insights to design a Meta ad template that was used on a campaign targeting multiple cities. For the landing page, I optimized the nav bar to include only the most relevant links, guiding visitors toward conversion. I also added a customer reviews section and a concise “About” section to give visitors the key information needed for decision-making.
